NADJA – Bliss Torn From Emptiness
BACK IN STOCK, THE LAST COPIES REMAINING
Originally released as a very limited CDR several years ago as a single 43 minute track, this special re-release has been given the ultimate facelift. Still characteristically (and aesthetically) seen as one long track (this time stretched out to nearly an hour long), this time though broken down into three segments/parts/tracks respectively.
Presented in a lavish 8-panel digipack (please note, the factory folded and packaged the digipacks wrong, but once the packaging is extracted from its shrink, it can fold properly the way it should with the cover, as shown above, being placed where it should. Thankfully the digipacks weren’t printed wrong!) with provoking and entrancing artwork (put together by Aidan Baker), “Bliss Torn From Emptiness” is another exceptional observation that will only strengthen Nadja’s (i.e. the most intriguing act to come out of the Greater Toronto Area in years) reputation as one of the most respectable and best acts within the experimental, ambient, and drone scene(s).
